Client Appreciation Pie Party: Celebrating Community with the Metalios Team in Greenwich

At the Metalios Team, we believe real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes—it’s about building meaningful relationships and giving back to the community that has supported us along the way. Yesterday, we hosted our annual Client Appreciation Pie Party, a cherished tradition where we celebrated our amazing clients and the vibrant Greenwich community.

This year’s event was extra special as we gave out over 250 pies, sourced from the beloved Briermere Farms, to help our clients prepare for Thanksgiving. Throughout the day, we connected with familiar faces, made new memories, and reflected on the wonderful community we’re so proud to serve.

Why Does the Metalios Team Host a Pie Party?

At the Metalios Team, our relationship with clients doesn’t end at the closing table. Events like the Client Appreciation Pie Party give us the chance to say “thank you” to the people who trust us to guide them through their real estate journeys.

For us, Greenwich isn’t just a market; it’s our home. The Pie Party is a way to connect with the community on a deeper level, show our appreciation, and create meaningful opportunities to strengthen the bonds that make Greenwich such a wonderful place to live.

What Is the Client Appreciation Pie Party?

The Client Appreciation Pie Party is one of our favorite annual traditions. Each year, my husband sets out on a five-hour journey to Long Island to visit Briermere Farms, bringing back over 250 freshly baked pies for our amazing clients.

But this event is about more than pies (though they are certainly a highlight!). It’s a chance to gather with our clients, friends, and neighbors, share warm conversations, and celebrate the connections that make our community so special. From festive moments to heartfelt thank-yous, the Pie Party is a reminder of why we love what we do and the people we have the privilege to serve.

A Tradition of Generosity: Supporting Neighbor to Neighbor

While the Pie Party celebrates our clients, it’s also an opportunity to give back to the community we care so deeply about. Each year, we collect donations for Neighbor to Neighbor, a vital organization in Greenwich that provides food, clothing, and basic essentials to individuals and families in need.

This year, we were humbled by the outpouring of generosity from our clients and friends, who contributed to this meaningful cause. Neighbor to Neighbor’s work is especially impactful during the holiday season, ensuring that everyone in our community has the resources they need to thrive.

At the Metalios Team, our commitment to giving back goes beyond the Pie Party. This year, we proudly donated $30,000 to New Story, an organization dedicated to building homes in El Salvador. We also regularly support other local nonprofits, dedicating our time and resources to causes that make a difference here in Greenwich and beyond.

Being part of this community means giving back in ways that matter. Whether it’s sharing pies, supporting Neighbor to Neighbor, or contributing to larger initiatives, we’re honored to play a role in helping others.
