What are all these New Yorkers looking for when home buying? The number one thing a home buyer is looking for in a home is a home office. They are looking for space to make phone calls in private without distractions, or where their kids can do online learning. Another thing home buyers are looking for in a home gym. Due to COVID and gyms not being fully open, homebuyers enjoy having access to a gym at home. During the summer months, homebuyers love having pools. An at-home pool is important during the pandemic because clubs and camps are not open.

If you would like a home evaluation, I'm happy to stop by and see where we would position your house in today's market. Just like a stockbroker giving you an analysis of your portfolio, we're happy to do this regularly. Thank you, if you have any questions feel free to reach out!
